PROCEDURE: An office visit consists of injections with local or topical anesthesia to soften or diminish facial wrinkles, folds or depressions. Swelling, redness, or bruising may occur. .

RESULTS: Softening or elimination of wrinkles and improvement of facial contours for approximately six months.
